Unreceived Product

If you haven't received the purchased handmade press-on nails within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team promptly. Provide details such as your order number and recipient's name. We will quickly check the logistics situation. Once it's confirmed that the product hasn't been successfully delivered, we will arrange for a re-shipment immediately to ensure you can receive your desired press-on nails as soon as possible.

Product Quality Issue

In case there are quality problems with the received handmade press-on nails, such as broken nail pieces, detached accessories, or significant color differences, please contact our customer service within 3 Days after discovering the issue. You are required to provide clear photos or videos of the product problems as evidence.
