HOW TO USE

• Push back cuticles using Stella&Moon’s 2-in-1 Cuticle Pusher.
• Use Stella&Moon’s Cuticle Nipper along the base of each nail to trim and remove cuticles or hangnails.
• Squeeze handles together to carefully trim excess cuticles.

PRO TIP:
Use caution to not overtrim the cuticle, which may result in cutting into skin tissue.

This high-quality nipper was designed specifically for use on cuticles. Do not use to cut/clip finger or toe nails. Misuse may result in damage/breakage.

However, to ensure a premium shopping experience, we offer a 14-day return window for items that remain completely unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

Unreceived Product

If you haven't received the purchased handmade press-on nails within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team promptly. Provide details such as your order number and recipient's name. We will quickly check the logistics situation. Once it's confirmed that the product hasn't been successfully delivered, we will arrange for a re-shipment immediately to ensure you can receive your desired press-on nails as soon as possible.

Product Quality Issue

In case there are quality problems with the received handmade press-on nails, such as broken nail pieces, detached accessories, or significant color differences, please contact our customer service within 3 Days after discovering the issue. You are required to provide clear photos or videos of the product problems as evidence. After verification by us, you can choose either to have us re-ship a flawless product or apply for a full refund only. We will handle your request promptly to safeguard your rights and interests.
